Service terms

A planning tool, with practical limits.

These terms describe the intended rules and boundaries for using Viewward.

Counsel approval required before public launch

Draft status

These terms are an operational summary and are not a substitute for final, counsel-reviewed terms of service. Viewward must finalize acceptance, versioning, notice, dispute, and jurisdiction provisions before public launch. Last updated July 23, 2026.

What Viewward does

Viewward helps users organize independent-income records, planning targets, supporting-document status, and review exports. Features and data formats may change as the service evolves. Viewward does not hold or transfer reserve funds and does not submit tax returns or payments.

Not tax, legal, or accounting advice

Planning percentages, tax-form prompts, document suggestions, scores, dates, and sample amounts are organizational aids only. They do not determine taxable income, tax owed, filing requirements, worker classification, or which documents the law requires. Verify important decisions with a qualified tax or legal professional who knows your facts and jurisdictions.

Eligibility and account responsibility

Viewward is intended for people age 18 or older. Keep access to your email account secure, provide accurate information, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not submit another person’s data unless you are authorized to do so.

Collaborators and uploads

You are responsible for choosing collaborators and confirming what they may access. Do not upload malware, unlawful content, unnecessary identity documents, account credentials, or full SSNs/TINs. A W-9 may contain highly sensitive identifiers; use a redacted copy when possible and follow the current instructions.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls or probe another user’s workspace.
  • Do not use Viewward to misrepresent records, evade legal obligations, or distribute harmful files.
  • Do not interfere with service availability or use automated access that burdens the service.

Subscription and renewal

Paid billing is not active. Before any paid plan is offered, Viewward must show the approved price, billing interval, renewal date, cancellation method, and any applicable refund terms for confirmation. Final billing, cancellation, refund, and price-change provisions remain subject to design approval, payment-provider implementation, and counsel review.

Service availability

The service may be changed, paused, or withdrawn while launch controls are completed. Users should retain independent copies of source documents and should not rely on Viewward as their only recordkeeping system. Final warranty, liability, suspension, and termination language remains subject to counsel review.
