Privacy

Your records deserve a clear privacy boundary.

This notice explains the information Viewward is designed to use and the choices account holders have.

Counsel review required before public launch

Status of this notice

This is an operational summary, not a final counsel-approved privacy policy. Viewward must complete legal review, confirm its retention schedule, and validate request-handling procedures before public launch. Last updated July 23, 2026.

Information Viewward may collect

  • Account information, including your email address and workspace profile.
  • Income records you enter, such as payer, amount, date, category, state, status, and notes.
  • Reserve activity you record and planning-target data shown in your workspace.
  • Supporting files and document-status details you upload or create.
  • Collaborator names, email addresses, roles, and invitation activity.
  • Basic service, security, and diagnostic events used to operate and troubleshoot Viewward.

How information is used

Viewward uses account data to authenticate users, display and organize workspace records, prepare user-requested exports, maintain security and audit history, provide support, and improve reliability. Viewward is not designed for behavioral advertising or the sale of personal information.

Who can receive information

Information may be processed by hosting, authentication, storage, monitoring, and email providers that help operate Viewward. It is also visible to workspace collaborators you or another authorized collaborator invite. Collaborators may be able to see financial records and uploaded documents, so invite only people you trust. Information may also be disclosed when required to protect the service or comply with law.

Sensitive tax documents

Documents such as a W-9 can contain a Social Security number or other taxpayer identification number. Do not upload W-9s, identity documents, bank credentials, or files containing full SSNs/TINs unless Viewward has expressly confirmed that the sensitive-document review is complete. Use a redacted copy when a full identifier is not necessary.

Retention, export, correction, and deletion

The Account page offers an immediate JSON export and managed requests for a complete archive or account deletion. Viewward verifies requests and applies documented retention obligations before completion. A final retention schedule, backup-expiry process, and end-to-end request procedure remain launch gates.

Age boundary

Viewward is intended for adults age 18 or older. A minor should not create an account or submit data. Any future minor or guardian experience requires a separate consent and privacy review before release.
